Refund Policy

Throughout our website, we provide information regarding our process, the sample collection and your results (F&Qs). Please review this information prior to purchasing. Your placement of an order from dnaPower constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Use.
dnaPower will provide a refund for unused kits purchased through dnaPower’s online store after subtracting shipping and handling charges.

Restrictions and Exclusions

We will not issue a refund under the following circumstances:
– if you request a refund more than thirty (30) days after the payment; or
– if your cheek swab kit was purchased through a channel other than our online store,
– if you purchased the kit through one of our partners, please consult the partner to determine whether you’re able to receive a refund; or
– if your cheek swab kit has been used (i.e., plastic bag that contains the swab has been opened, swab testing tube has been opened); or
– if your used cheek swab sample has been received at our offices in North Vancouver, BC; and
– absolutely no refund will be processed after the swab has been processed in our laboratory.

Updates to this Site

The information and services provided on this Site and in the Reports may include inaccuracies and typographical errors. dnaPower may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. You are responsible to regularly review these Terms of Use and your continued use of this Site and Reports constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use in place from time to time.
